We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 3-10 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 2-21 days, depending on the region you're ordering from.
Tracking numbers will be updated 1-3 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at hello@giftshop.lu

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be wondering if you can return it. However, if the item is a customized product, unfortunately, it cannot be returned. This is because customized items are made specifically to your requirements and cannot be resold to other customers.

In case there is an issue with your order, such as damage during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible to explain the problem at hello@giftshop.lu . We will do our best to resolve the issue and may request that you provide photographs of the damaged item to help us understand the situation.

You must cancel your order before it is customized. Once the item is in production, it's important to note that the order cannot be cancelled.

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, please double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at hello@giftshop.lu If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

Shipping times vary as we ship worldwide. In Europe between 1-10business days, for the rest of the world up to 25 business days.
