If you experience any issues with delivery, such as missing items or damage, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please keep all packaging materials that were shipped with the product. Take pictures of how the package looks upon arrival and retain all materials until the case with the shipping carrier is closed. If the packaging materials are discarded, we may not be able to offer a complete exchange of the damaged item, and the customer will need to cover a small portion of the cost due to this oversight.
